/p h3Purpose of Role /h3 pThe Senior Sales Assistant supports the achievement of store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values, leveraging product knowledge, and selling skills to provide Athletes a unique experience when visiting Under Armour.
The Senior Sales Assistant uses project knowledge expertise and operational experience support to select teammates.
/p h3Your Impact /h3 h3Sales Omni /h3 ul liCompletes omni-channel requests for athletes in line with Under Armour's Endless Aisle and Ship-From-Store policies and procedures where applicable.
/li liPromotes core seasonal products to athletes by incorporating knowledge into selling process.
/li /ul h3Brand Image Athlete Experience /h3 ul liModel the Under Armour service culture and exceed customer expectation.
/li liProvide an athlete experience unique to Under Armour.
/li liAid Athletes, communicate brand values, and identify sales opportunities.




/li liFamiliar with UA Brand stories communicated during training sessions /li /ul h3Retail Operations /h3 ul liProvide feedback on store operations to the Store Leadership.
/li liMaintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets.
/li liOperate within UA policies and procedures communicating risk to Store Leadership when necessary.
/li liPreform operational and cash processes (manual or system) in line with company guide and training.
/li liAssume Senior Stock Specialist responsibilities in the absence of Senior Stock Specialist in store.
/li liAdhere to Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies.
/li liAssist as needed in operations; cash desk/ticketing/merchandising/stock replenishment.
/li liMay hold responsibility as Key Holder.

/li liHigh School education or equivalent.
