Review of other engineering plans of the programs to ensure efficiency & consistency with the Engineering Management Plan (EMP)Participate to métiers reviewsOrganize with the core team members the capture and activities for continuous improvement (Return of Experience on the program engineering's organisation, strategy, process, decisions, metrics, ...)
