You will hierarchically report to e Head of Vehicle Motion Energy Management. /p /brpYou will be responsible for coordinating the activities aimed at the PEP definition of Vehicle Motion component development in respect of budget, timing, technical requirement, and validation planning. /p /brul /brliCoordinate the development of Vehicle Motion / Powertrain components and systems throughout the entire product development lifecycle. /li /brliLead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project targets are achieved in terms of quality, cost, timing, and performance. /li /brliManage Product Development Process (PEP) activities, ensuring compliance with project milestones and company standards. /li /brliMonitor and control project timing, engineering releases, and component delivery plans. /li /brliDefine and track system budgets, investments, component costs, weight targets, and expenditure. /li /brliPlan and coordinate validation activities, including FMEA, DVP, bench testing, and vehicle-level testing. /li /brliManage resource allocation and prioritization across multiple projects and vehicle programs. /li /brliDrive issue resolution and change management activities, ensuring timely closure of technical concerns. /li /brliOversee BOM management, cost optimization initiatives, and support vehicle build and development phases. /li /brliPrepare project status reports and present progress, risks, costs,



and technical updates to management and key stakeholders. /li /br /ul /br /brh3About You /h3 /brul /brliDegree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering /li /brliAt least 4/5 years of experience in automotive OEM /li /brliProject management experience in high-performance teams /li /brliOffice package excellent knowledge /li /brliMatlab knowledge as a plus /li /brliTechnical knowledge experience of engine component development from concept through to production covering design, test production. /li /brliExperience of leading and delivering multiple large (multi million euros budget) engine projects /li /brliSystems design and development knowledge /li /brliExperience in component release management and problem solving /li /brliFluent English. Italian and German will be considered a plus /li /brliA positive, proactive attitude with a high level of self-motivation to deliver excellence /li /brliAn engaging mind, open to new problems outside their normal comfort zone. /li /brliA willingness to engage in debate and discussion. /li /brliEmpathy /li /brliAbility to communicate clearly with design and development groups /li /brliGood team building skills /li /brliWell organised and delivery focused approach /li /br /ul /br /brh3What We Offer /h3 /br /brh3Salary Benefit /h3 /brul /brliApplicable national collective bargaining agreement: CCNL Industria Metalmeccanica /li /brliAnnual gross salary starting from € 43.300.
