/p h3The Role /h3 pThe CAD Designer Technical Coordinator supports the production and coordination of technical drawings and models (2D and 3D), contributing to tender, production, and onsite phases under the guidance of Senior Designers, Head of Productions and Project Managers.
/p pThe role ensures correct application of BWS drawing standards, file management procedures, and coordination workflows, supporting internal teams and external collaborators throughout the project lifecycle.
/p h3Main Tasks Responsibilities /h3 ul liTechnical Drawing Modeling Production /li liProduce 2D drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details, layouts) and support the development of 3D models under senior supervision.
/li liUpdate and revise drawings according to feedback from Senior Designers and Project Managers.
/li liEnsure accuracy and consistency of assigned drawing packages.
/li liSupport preparation of technical documentation and presentations when required.




/li liBWS Drawing Standards File Management /li liApply BWS templates, graphic standards, naming conventions, and version control procedures.
/li liSupport the organization and maintenance of project drawing archives.
/li liAssist in checking drawing consistency and file structure before internal or external sharing.
/li liCoordinate with freelancers and collaborators to ensure correct file exchange and document updates.
/li liTechnical Coordination Support /li liSupport the coordination of technical packages within the broader project framework.
/li liWork closely with Designers, Producers, and Project Managers to implement technical updates.
/li liAssist in identifying drawing inconsistencies or missing information and report them to senior team members.
/li liContribute to the integration of scenic and technical elements through accurate documentation.
/li liTender Bid Phase Support /li liAssist in preparing concept drawings for scenic elements, temporary venues, and layouts.
/li liSupport the preparation and organization of tender documentation packages.
/li liHelp ensure that technical documents are clear and properly structured before vendor submission.
/li liTrack document revisions and updates during the bidding process.
/li liProduction Onsite Support /li liSupport Production and Site Managers in updating site plans and layouts.




/li liAssist in reviewing vendor drawings under senior supervision.
/li liContribute to updating Master Site Plans by integrating inputs from different disciplines.
/li liSupport documentation updates during installation phases.
/li liCommunication Collaboration /li liSupport coordination with internal teams and external technical design collaborators.
/li liAssist in organizing meetings and documenting technical updates when required.
/li liEnsure correct transmission and filing of design and technical documentation.
