/p h3Location /h3 pCinisello Balsamo (MI) /p h3Job Summary /h3 pTo follow-up the after sales operation in terms of Customer assistance and consultancy in the maintenance of extrusion presses and forges and/or correction and upgrade of existing equipment.
The duty includes not only the corrective action upon Customer call but also the approaching to preventive maintenance as well as any other improvement and upgrade based on experience gained by the business unit in other context/client.
To take also care of periodical visit to all existing Customer – in co-ordination with the Product Master plans - to assist, consult, propose process improvements and collect production and operational data.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrompt response to Customer calls and claims; /li liPre-analysis of problem, and proposition of corrective measures; /li liOn Site intervention for rectification/repair direct work and/or advisory on work made by Customer; /li liPreparing Offers for Service intervention and supply of spare parts; /li liSharing of collected information and knowledge with the whole team and especially direct contact and co-ordination with the Product Master; /li liKeep periodical – direct and undirect - contact with all Customers; /li liCollect customer documentation and enquiries about claims and/or general observations; /li liPrepare offer/plans for servicing; /li liVisit Customer premises for servicing, direct work and/or advisory; /li liPrepare Reporting and provide full comprehensive feedback about Customer status of operations.
/li /ul h3Technical Requirements /h3 ul liEngineering/technical degree or high school diploma (metallurgical engineer will be preferred); /li liProven working experience of minimum 10 years within Installation and/or Servicing of/for Presses and Forges or CNC Machines.
/li liGood knowledge of English (preferably second language, German or Spanish); /li liAdvanced MS Word skills proficient in MS Office; /li liSolid capability in intervention/servicing in both Mechanical and EA Areas; /li liCad-One Cad; /li liConstruction Installation: Plant construction (specific for competence area); /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liCoherence and reliability; /li liCustomer orientation; /li liTeam spirit; /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pWe value diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment where everyone can fully express their potential.
