/p pRequirements include: /p pWe are now seeking for Electrical Cx Engineers to join our growing operations in Europe.
The role of a Cx Engineer in CAI is to: /p ul liResponsible for leading, overseeing and executing the commissioning process for data center facilities.
/li liLead and coordinate the commissioning process, providing guidance to commissioning teams and collaborating with design, construction, and operational teams.
/li liServe as the primary point of contact for commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
/li liDefine commissioning protocols and methodologies for various systems and equipment.
/li liIdentify and mitigate risks associated with commissioning processes.
/li liMentor junior commissioning engineers and provide training to operational and maintenance staff.
/li liFacilitate knowledge transfer to enhance the overall capabilities of the commissioning team /li /ul pPosition Requirements: /p ul liA bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Electrical Engineering,



with a minimum of 7+ years' experience in the Data Center industry.
/li liRelevant experience in commissioning critical systems, preferably in data center environments is advantageous.
/li liStrong understanding of electrical systems in data centers.
/li liStrong project management and leadership skills.
/li liExceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
/li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/li liAttention to detail and commitment to quality.
/li liStrong experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
