/ppThis is a bproduction support and troubleshooting-focused assignment /b, rather than a greenfield programming project.
You will be responsible for investigating live automation issues, analysing PLC logic, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and production performance.

/ppbWhat You'll Be Doing /b /pulliTroubleshoot bSiemens PLC-controlled production equipment /b /liliUse bTIA Portal /b for online diagnostics and fault finding /liliAnalyse existing PLC logic, sequences and interlocks /liliInvestigate recurring equipment faults, stoppages and downtime /liliDiagnose issues across PLC software, electrical systems, sensors, drives, instrumentation and communications /liliTroubleshoot automated machinery and production lines /liliIdentify bottlenecks, intermittent faults and reliability issues /liliPerform detailed broot-cause analysis /b /liliRecommend corrective actions and technical improvements /liliCreate clear action plans outlining issues,
