ph3Job Title /h3pIndustrial Controller /ph3About Us /h3pIngersoll Rand is a global market leader with a broad range of innovative and mission‑critical air, fluid, energy, and medical technologies, providing services and solutions to increase industrial productivity and efficiency. /ph3Job Summary /h3pVignate Plant is looking for an Industrial Controller with manufacturing experience who brings strong analytical capability and sound accounting fundamentals—someone who can move seamlessly between the discipline of accounting and the deeper analysis that drives smarter operational decisions. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliStandard costing - Material standard cost definition, costing view creation for buy, make and subcontractor items. /liliMaterial standard costing run, maintenance and update. /liliPreparation and coordination of the annual costing run. /liliMaterial enrichment – Finance partner in SAP and Windchill. /liliMaterial purchase price variances (PPV) analysis and reporting. /liliMaterial standard cost burden rate analysis. /liliStandard cost burden/absorption components like DL (direct labour), FD (freight duties), OH (overhead) calculation and validation. /liliIndustrial cost controlling – Work order costs review and validation for the production, remanufacturing and aftermarket units. /liliValidation of material and production variances, understanding the root cause and the corrective actions. /liliReviewing of the transactions to ensure proper impact on accounting records and product costs. /liliAssists excess and obsolete inventory review. /liliProactively seeks out ways to improve processes and accuracy and drive efficiency. /liliSupports Operations and Business functions for accounting and costing issues.
