After the initial onsite period, the role offers the opportunity to work remotely from Greece, subject to the applicable remote-work requirements. This role is remote only in Greece and working from another country is not possible.
About the RoleAs a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support in Dutch and English, helping customers with their questions, requests and issues.
You will work as part of an international Customer Support team, using your communication and problem-solving skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support in Dutch and English.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints.




- Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Resolve customer issues and escalated complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow customer service procedures and quality standards.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Collaborate with an international and multicultural team.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience across every interaction.

Requirements
- Fluent or native-level Dutch (C1/C2).
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work onsite in Athens initially and subsequently transition to a remote work model from Greece.
