ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p pWe offer:Sales Manager AutomationAs our Sales Manager, you'll drive the growth of our intralogistics automation business across EMEA, leveraging your well-established network of clients and consultants. You'll be the primary contact for key clients and spearhead the acquisition of new automation and intralogistics projects, directly contributing to our company's success. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul li— Drive sales growth in the region by proactively acquiring new customers and /li li— Developing strong relationships in the intralogistics automation market with customers, consultants and institutions. /li li— Depth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions for pallets and bins, including AS/RS systems, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyor technologies, picking systems, and their appropriate applications in different industries and warehouse environments /li li— Analyze customer needs and create the right intralogistics automation solutions tailored to the customer needs /li li— Consult the customers with the optimal solution based on factors such as throughput, space, and budget. /li li— Lead the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, employing an added-value approach to build customer trust and secure project wins. /li li— Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) and external partners to ensure optimal solution delivery and seamless project execution. /li li— Regularly report on sales activities and pipeline, and actively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of order intake targets. /li li— Stay informed about industry trends, monitor customer satisfaction, and actively participate in relevant industry events to network and promote our solutions.
