Crush Brains is an internationally oriented product company focused on creating, developing, and scaling new software products.

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer who will contribute directly to building and evolving our products’ interfaces, working closely with our tech and product teams.

At least three years of previous frontend development experience is required, along with a strong focus on UI/UX, performance, code quality, and user experience, as well as the ability to quickly turn ideas and prototypes into real products. Candidates must be able to demonstrate relevant experience through projects, a portfolio, or previous professional roles.

For us, character matters just as much as skills. We are looking for someone hungry, quick-thinking, dynamic, flexible, and determined, with a genuine ability to work as part of a team. No ego or rigidity: we want people who are serious and professional, but also positive, collaborative, and easy to work with.

Crush Brains is currently at an early stage. The value of the work performed will be assessed and accrued throughout the collaboration, while the corresponding financial compensation will be paid following the closing of the company’s first investment round.

Crush Brains è una product company a vocazione internazionale focalizzata sulla creazione, sviluppo e crescita di nuovi prodotti software.Cerchiamo un Frontend Engineer che contribuisca direttamente alla costruzione e all'evoluzione delle interfacce dei nostri prodotti, lavorando a stretto contatto con il team tech e product.

Necessaria esperienza pregressa (almeno tre anni) nello sviluppo frontend, attenzione a Ul/UX, performance, qualità del codice e user experience, oltre alla capacità di trasformare rapidamente idee e prototipi in prodotti concreti. È fondamentale un'esperienza minima dimostrabile attraverso progetti, portfolio o precedenti esperienze.

Per noi il carattere conta quanto le competenze: cerchiamo una persona affamata, veloce mentalmente, dinamica, elastico e determinata, capace di lavorare davvero in squadra. Niente ego o rigidità: vogliamo persone serie e professionali, ma anche positive, collaborative e leggere nel modo di lavorare.
