candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": /h3 ol liPossess demonstrated experience managing DoD FMWR operations, including utilizing RecTrac for point-of-sale (POS) transactions, executing budgets, preparing financial statements, and applying U.S. and Host Nation labor laws. /li liWill have proven managerial experience leading, supervising, and developing personnel within a dynamic military recreation environment. /li liPossess the ability to communicate effectively in Italian to liaise with local entities, combined with experience enforcing regulatory guidance (ARs, DoDls, IMCOM) and establishing SOP. /li /ol pbApplicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager.
