ph3Job Details /h3 pJob Title: HR Business Partner /p pLocation: Mantova /p pType: Permanent role, full-time /p pCompensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary 65.000,00. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pHR Business Partner will be responsible for the people agenda and will also lead the people attraction and recruitment during the launch of a new manufacturing site. /p pThis is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a strategic greenfield project, building the workforce from the ground up and shaping the site's employer brand within the local community. You will partner with business leaders to design and execute a scalable hiring strategy that supports the installation, start-up and operational ramp-up of a modern and highly automated production facility. You will work within a global organization committed to quality, safety and continuous improvement. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDuties leading the end-to-end recruitment strategy for a new manufacturing site, ensuring the attraction, selection and onboarding of the workforce required to support all project phases, and you will be soon the key point of contact for all the themes related to people. /li liContribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation (where appropriate) and implementation of the People Strategies that attract, develop and retain employees. /li liSupport the organizational short-and long-term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats. /li liCo-ordinate and execute workforce planning for the specific customer unit.
Interact with local stakeholders considering the territory, the social impact, the sustainability and representing a force for good. /li liRecruiting keeping in mind the local needs and initiating specific projects of Employer Branding with the territory. /li liEnsure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development. /li liLead talent review/calibration to ensure high performance is rewarded and developed in line with the Management Development Cycle. /li liEstablish and maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience in working within a matrix environment, achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating. /li liUnderstanding of human behaviours/diversity and team dynamics. /li liExperience in coaching and developing people. /li liResilience, flexibility and strong mental agility. /li liAt least 7 years of experience in HR roles. /li liProven experience managing high-volume recruitment projects. /li liExperience in supporting industrial/manufacturing environments is strongly preferred. /li liPrevious involvement in greenfield or startup large-scale projects is a strong plus. /li liStrong stakeholder management and project management skills. /li liExperience in Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives. /li liItalian and English fluent. /li /ul pAnnuncio valido fino a: 30-Sep-2026 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
