Through our unique combination of local expertise, global network, and unmatched RD capabilities, we can offer everything from standard profiles, to advanced development and manufacturing for most industries. /p h3What you will be doing /h3 pIn this role, you will work closely with our plants, technical teams and leadership across Europe to drive bstandardization, performance improvement and operational excellence /b. /p pYour key responsibilities will include: /p ul liDeveloping and maintaining fabrication standards across Hydro’s European operations, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency and reliability. /li liMonitoring and improving key manufacturing KPIs such as bOEE, uptime, asset utilization, productivity, scrap and quality /b. /li liLeading and coordinating cross-functional improvement projects across multiple sites. /li liIdentifying and sharing best practices and supporting the harmonization of fabrication processes across the European network. /li liWorking closely with plant leadership and technical stakeholders, providing expertise, support and constructive challenge. /li liPromoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement to strengthen technical capabilities across our sites. /li liSupporting compliance with Hydro’s Quality System, HSE requirements, company policies and relevant customer and regulatory requirements. /li liContributing to improvements in bquality, safety, sustainability and overall operational performance /b.



/li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul lib5+ years of experience in fabrication of structural components /b, including processes such as cutting, milling, assembly, fastening, bending, punching and welding/joining. /li liExperience with baluminium extrusion manufacturing /b is a strong advantage. /li liPractical experience with bLean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen or Operational Excellence /b. /li liProven experience working with and improving manufacturing KPIs, particularly bOEE, uptime and utilization /b. /li liExperience participating in or leading bcross-functional improvement projects across multiple sites or regions /b. /li liA bBachelor’s degree or higher /b in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field. /li libFluent English /b; additional languages are an advantage. /li liAn understanding of aluminium extrusion processes and manufacturing requirements is a plus. /li /ul h3What will make you successful? /h3 pYou are a bstrong communicator and collaborator /b who can build relationships with stakeholders across different functions, cultures and organizational levels.
