The role includes corporate and group taxation, cross-border matters, the preparation and review of statutory and consolidated financial statements and tax returns for companies and corporate groups, as well as tax support for private clients with international assets.
The position also involves significant exposure to corporate accounting and group tax compliance. As seniority increases, the role extends to corporate governance activities, including appointments to Boards of Directors, Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Bodies 231 Decree.
