Reference: 97686 For a luxury boutique hotel located on the Amalfi Coast, we are looking for a Marketing Manager The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the property-level marketing strategy with the objective of increasing brand awareness, driving direct business, maximizing revenue opportunities and strengthening the hotel's positioning within the luxury hospitality market. Reporting directly to the Ownership, this role works closely with Sales, Revenue Management and Reservations teams to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the hotel's commercial objectives. Core responsibilities: • Develops, implements, monitors and evaluates the hotel's annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities. • Defines and executes strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility, direct bookings, guest engagement and market share. • Manages all aspects of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).



• Oversees the planning, execution and performance analysis of all marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. • Acts as brand guardian, ensuring consistency of brand identity, visual standards and messaging across all guest touchpoints. • Leads the development of marketing assets including collateral materials, photoshoots, video productions, website content and promotional materials. • Manages CRM activities and guest database strategies, developing targeted communication plans, loyalty initiatives and personalized campaigns to increase guest retention and lifetime value. • Utilizes CRM and marketing automation platforms to segment audiences, analyze customer behaviour and optimize communication effectiveness. • Analyzes campaign performance, website traffic, CRM data and commercial results, providing regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders. • Measures and communicates th
