The role works closely with the Execution team to monitor and ensure that all processes are performed in compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls. /p ul libContract Entry and Maintenance: /bBased on trader instructions (primarily via email), enter purchase and sales contracts into SAP, including flat-price, premium, and frame contracts. ul libPurchase Contracts: /b ul liIn-house contracts from Bunge entities, mainly GMO soybeans for the Ravenna plant, soybean meal for the Savona and Napoli ports, and crude sunflower oil (primarily mirror contracts). /li liThird-party contracts, including non-GMO soybeans (mainly domestic), soybean meal, soybeans through Ravenna port, and vegetable oils (mainly crude oils). /li /ul /li liPrimarily third-party sales contracts covering soybean meal, soybeans, hulls, by-products, crude oils, refined oils, fatty oils, and soaps. /li liTransfer Price (TP) contracts for the Bottling Department. /li /ul /li libContract Verification, Distribution, and Archiving: /b ul liGenerate PDF versions of contracts from SAP and archive them in the shared drive. /li liSend contracts to customers (mostly automated through SAP). /li liMonitor contract delivery, ensure signed copies are received, and archive them accordingly. /li libDirect Purchase Contracts: /b ul liReview contracts received from suppliers, return signed copies, and maintain proper records. /li liFor manually issued purchase contracts (e.g., domestic non-GMO soybean contracts), prepare, send, track, and archive signed agreements. /li /ul /li libBroker Contracts: /b ul liVerify contract accuracy and archive documentation. /li liCoordinate with brokers to correct discrepancies when required. /li /ul /li /ul /li libContract Monitoring and Reconciliation: /bGenerate daily contract extracts from Analyzer, update the contract control Excel file, and verify contract details, including brokerage and transportation costs. /li libContract Amendments: /bProcess amendments and modifications to existing contracts based on trader instructions.



Update SAP records and issue amendment confirmations to customers or suppliers when required. /li libFrame and Basis Contract Fixations: /b ul liPrepare weekly USD fixation reports and monthly CBOT expiry analyses. /li liExecute CBOT, currency, and premium fixations in SAP based on trader or customer instructions or contract expiry dates. /li liPrepare and distribute fixation confirmation documents. /li /ul /li libWashout Management: /bCoordinate contract washouts by informing the Execution team of the contracts to be settled through washout processes. /li libWeighbridge Authorizations: /bCreate loading authorizations when required to support logistics operations. /li libCustomer and Supplier Master Data: /bInitiate master data requests for new customers and suppliers. Coordinate directly with customers or suppliers when additional information, such as bank details, is required. /li libContract File Validation: /bReview and approve trader contract files to ensure consistency with contracts entered into SAP. /li libExecution Team Coordination: /bWork closely with the Execution department to manage SAP contract options, quantity adjustments, and other operational requirements. /li libMarket Analysis: /bAnalyze market prices, volumes, and capacity allocation trends for finished products to support commercial decision-making. /li /ul pbEducation Experience /b /p ul liUniversity degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Sciences, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field. /li liFluent in Italian and English.
