You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and maintain compliance with quality standards. /p pYou will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Trieste, Italy location. /p pIn this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and product quality of our test manufacturing processes, contributing to the overall success and customer satisfaction of Honeywell Building Automation. /p h3Benefits /h3 ul liAnnual gross salary from €35.100 and applicable NCBA is Metalmeccanico Grande Industria. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve test manufacturing processes and procedures. /li liAssist in identifying and executing process improvements to drive continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics /li liMinimum 3+ years of experience in test manufacturing engineering or related field. /li liStrong understanding of test manufacturing processes and equipment. /li liExperience with process improvement methodologies and quality standards compliance. /li liProficiency in using manufacturing engineering tools and software relevant to test process optimization. /li /ul h3WE VALUE /h3 ul liAdvanced degree in Engineering such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is a plus. /li liExperience working in building automation or related industries. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. /li liAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement. /li liKnowledge of supply chain management and manufacturing best practices is desirable. /li /ul h3ABOUT HONEYWELL TECHNOLOGIES /h3 pHoneywell Technologies is a global, pure-play automation company with a legacy of innovating to help solve the world’s most mission-critical challenges, enhancing the quality of life for people and communities around the world.
