Overview: You will be a key player of Customer Marketing team and is responsible for the development and implementation of commercial activities, according to Regional & Country Group Category Strategies, working closely with the sales team in Italy to achieve turnover & market share targets.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Net Sales,



Market Shares and execution KPIs for assigned categories.
Define the category plan and strategy in terms of launches, distribution, promotions and oversees local tracking to achieve the business objectives.
Project management on NPDs to ensure timely & efficient go to marketSellout data analysis: market share, distribution, promo performance, competitors' activitiesImplementing Consumer and Trade Promotion plansManaging the relationship with suppliers and other partners (cooperation with regional and local partners)Working with Sales Team to ensure all distribution and display initiatives are timely and properly executed.
