Role Summary:

As a Hardware PCB Engineer at AL2Tech, you will play a crucial role in the design and validation of complex PCB for our cutting-edge products. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary experienced team to design, validate, and bring to mass prduction new products.

Responsibilities:

- Hardware architecture definition and component selection
- Design multi-layer PCBs using Altium Designer.
- Create detailed schematics and layout designs based on system requirements and specifications.
- Select appropriate components and materials for PCB fabrication.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate PCB functionality and performance.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting to identify and resolve design issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PCB design and layout.
- Proficiency with PCB design software such as Altium Designer.
- Strong understanding of electronic components, circuit design, analog and digital circuitry-




- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and familiarity with microcontrollers and microprocessors.
- Experience with debugging tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of power management strategies and performance optimization.
- Experience with the following platform: STM32, Nordic MCU, ESP32,Microchip, NXP
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with IoT technologies and connected systems is a plus.
