We are looking for a Event and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Milan .

In this role, you will be a driving force behind both our online and offline marketing initiatives—from designing sales collateral to managing end-to-end event logistics and tracking campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Content & Asset Creation: Design and update engaging online/offline materials (presentations, brochures, product sheets, digital assets) while maintaining strict brand alignment.
- Event Planning & Execution: Take full ownership of webinars, corporate events, and exhibitions from strategy and logistics to budget tracking and post-event ROI analysis.
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Brief and coordinate external agencies, print shops, and vendors to ensure top-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
- Reporting & Analytics:



Track performance metrics for marketing campaigns and events to provide data-driven insights for future strategies.

What We Are Looking For

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing and communications, with a proven focus on event management.
- Design Skills: High proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools to create polished marketing collateral.
- Mindset: Meticulous attention to detail, strong organization skills, and a proactive attitude toward cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in both Italian and English

Role Details
