Own timing, coordination, and follow-up for assigned projects and initiatives. Partner directly with Product Managers on scoping, planning, and prioritization. What makes you a great fit 5+ years of exprience in Software Development 4+ hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails. 3+ years of exprience in React.

Comfortable working directly with Product Managers, not just other engineers.

Experience mentoring or coaching junior engineers.
