according to a long term planVariable Frequency Drives programming, settings and parametrizationDefine the instrumentation diagrams, together with the software developers, mechanical teams and suppliersCollaborate closely with other teams to verify the existence and adequacy of type tests for current and new designs, providing expert technical input to support customer bids and product launches.Design, develop, and execute test plans for new and existing products both internally and at external (3rd party) facilitiesManage the preparation and validation of all necessary documentation, test reports, and evidence to support regulatory certification, audits, and customer requirements.Analyze and interpret test results, identify deviations, and collaborate with design teams to resolve issues and optimize product performance.Maintain and continuously update the type test databases, including specialized
