We are looking for a
Technical Service Specialist
to join our Technical Service team and support our customers with high-quality, reliable technical service.###
Primary Objective
The Technical Service Specialist is responsible for performing planned maintenance activities, hardware and software upgrades (TSBs), providing backup first-line (Level 1) service, and supporting instrument installations and deinstallations.###
Key Responsibilities
* Provide
first-line technical service
to Abbott Ambassadors (service interventions requiring less than 4 hours of labor)
* Schedule and perform




planned maintenance (PM)
activities
* Execute
hardware and software upgrades
(Technical Service Bulletins – TSBs)
* Support
instrument installations and deinstallations
* Contribute to achieving
customer satisfaction (NPS)
, service KPIs, and the district’s economic growth and profitability###
Education
* Bachelor’s / Engineering degree in
medical, electrical, mechanical engineering or medical technology
preferred or equivalent experience required
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong experience using
analytical tools and technical software
