In this role, you will define and drive the core automation strategy, converting traditional infrastructure into a scalable, automated Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
ecosystem across a multi-vendor network and security environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine coding standards and maintain Ansible infrastructure (playbooks, roles, plugins) using Netbox as the Source of Truth.Design automated workflows for multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet) while coordinating network and security teams.Automate device onboarding (switches, firewalls, APs) and implement GitLab pipelines for network changes and automated testing.Develop real-time validation scripts (BGP, interface status) and automate Juniper data center fabrics (VXLAN-EVPN architecture).Manage Git repositories with strict branching strategies, automate secure backups/failovers, and generate automated topology diagrams and dashboards.Key RequirementsProficiency in Python (networking libraries: Netmiko, NAPALM, PyEZ, Nornir), Bash/Shell scripting, YAML/JSON, Ansible, and Jinja2 templating.Advanced experience with Ansible, Git version
