The Opportunity

We are seeking a Regional Access Manager to join our Market Access team in Italy and play a critical role in ensuring timely and sustainable patient access to our therapies across Northern Italy. In this highly visible and externally focused role, you will partner with regional healthcare stakeholders, decision-makers, patient associations, and healthcare institutions to support market access strategies, product availability, and patient access initiatives across a diverse portfolio, with a particular focus on Hemophilia and Immunology.
The Role
Reporting to the Lead Regional Access Manager,



you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional market access plans across your assigned territory while building trusted relationships with key stakeholders within the regional healthcare ecosystem.
- Develop and execute regional market access strategies aligned with national objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional healthcare authorities, decision-makers, clinicians, patient associations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support the inclusion of CSL products within regional formularies and patient access pathways.
- Monitor regional healthcare policies, reimbursement frameworks, regulations, and funding decisions to assess business impact and identify opportunities.
- Contribute to regional tender activities and support initiatives that facilitate patient access to CSL therapies.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Tender, and Market Access colleagues to develop and implement regional plans.
