Reporting Product Owner – People AnalyticsYour role and responsibilitiesAs Reporting Product Owner within the People Analytics team, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of ABB's HR reporting portfolio, spanning Workday, local SAP, and other reporting platforms. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating HR data needs into structured, scalable reporting solutions — and driving a coherent, governed, and user-centered reporting product suite.




This position reports to: Data, Reporting & Analytics Delivery LeadWork model: Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid)Location is flexible, while the role holder is expected to work and collaborate with teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Ultimately, we'll choose the most qualified candidate for the role.
You will be mainly accountable for: Own the reporting product portfolio: define and manage the roadmap for HR reporting solutions across Workday and local SAP reporting, ensuring alignment with business priorities and People Analytics strategy.
Act as Product Owner: maintain and prioritize the product backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and drive delivery in an agile way in collaboration with reporting specialists and technical teams. Govern the reporting catalogue: minimize redundancies and duplication across the portfolio, enforce reporting standards, manage security and quality controls
