The role is responsible for developing ALS's Food business by identifying new market opportunities, increasing the number of existing customers, and expanding the value of current accounts, while managing a continuously growing portfolio within the assigned territories (Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino-Alto Adige, and Emilia-Romagna). The position reports to the ALS Italy Food Sales Manager and requires the ability to:

- Understand and analyze Food market segments and, in line with company strategies, identify and acquire new potential customers to drive business growth;
- Manage the existing customer portfolio within the assigned territories,



carrying out commercial activities aimed at customer retention and increasing customer value through cross‐selling initiatives;
- Plan and organize sales activities with a strong focus on achieving assigned KPIs;
- Promote the company and its services through all commercial activities undertaken;
- Participate in industry events, trade fairs, webinars, and conferences;
- Prepare periodic reports on undertaken actions, market developments, and the identification of new business opportunities;
- Participate in regular coordination meetings with the Sales Team;
- Collaborate with different business functions across the organization.
