ACCOUNT MANAGER FOOD INDUSTRY –- EMILIA-ROMAGNA & NORTH-EAST ITALY
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in Emilia Romagna, Veneto, Trentino Alto-Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia (North-East area of Italy) by developing strong customer relationships and driving sales performance in the Industrial Food Microbiology field. You will manage a dynamic territory,



promote our portfolio of instruments, reagents, and services, and help shape our growth in the Food market.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Grow the business in your assigned North-East region (Food Industries)
- Identify new business opportunities and create and execute impactful business action plans and customer projects
- Build and lead strategic relationships with executive stakeholders of key food industry accounts and food associations to be perceived as a trusted advisor
- Engage with customers to uncover business needs, identify risks and opps, and develop improvement programs
- Support the transition from product-focused selling to value-based selling
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Technical Application Specialists, Supply Chain, and the Tender Office to deliver the best customer experience
- Report sales results, territory KPIs and competitor activities regular
