HR GENERALIST

Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support our site in managing core HR activities and ensuring efficient daily operations. Reporting directly to the Country HR Manager,



the successful candidate will oversee site-level Personnel Administration processes and collaborate on the implementation of Human Resources development and management projects.

Main Responsibilities & Scope
- Personnel Administration: Manage daily admin processes and liaise with the external payroll provider to reconcile monthly employee attendance records.
- Employee Lifecycle: Oversee contract management and documentation from hiring to termination, including insurance, workplace accidents, and benefits.
- Engagement & Culture: Implement workplace engagement activities for both employees and managers.
- External Relations: Interface with external entities, social security organizations, and insurance institutions.
- Labor & Union Relations: Support disciplinary processes and assist the Country HR Manager with site-level industrial and union relations.
