Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for initiating,developingand managing relationships with family offices, entrepreneurial families, high-net-worthindividualsand other potential investor groups, primarily for our PE/VC investment offering, but also for family office services
- Positioning the company as a trusted partner through thought leadership, high caliber investment advice, and networking
- Advising clients on portfolio construction, investmentthemesand market developments in private markets
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to approach potential clients and investors
- Contributing to the further development of our family office and capital markets services, and in particular our PE/VC investments; close collaboration with the PE/VC investment team
- Organisingand executing the entire client outreach process: from planning and coordinating roadshows, events and meetings to follow-up and analysis of all measures
- Maintaining and further developing our CRM system, including data management,trackingand reporting of all activities




- Analyzing client interactions to identify optimization potential and continuously improving outreach
- Further developing and tailoring marketing and sales materials for potential investors
- Monitoringyourmarket and competitors, as well as conducting analyses toidentifynew target groups and trends in the areas of family office and alternative investments
- RepresentingLennertz & Co.at industry events,conferencesand networking events

Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in economics,financeor a comparable field
- Relevant experience in capital formation, investor relations, wealth management, familyofficeor the distribution of sophisticated financial products
- Entrepreneurial mindset,initiativeand enthusiasm for building new relationships; proven success in approaching and winning new investors in the UHNWI/family office/entrepreneurial family segment or comparable target groups
