WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOUThe person we are looking for will take on the role of Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d). The main responsibilities will be:* Drafting, updating and implementing maintenance documentation relating to Railpool locomotives operating in Italy, in the context of the ECM II Maintenance Development function in accordance with European Regulation 2019/779,



in coordination with the direct manager and the central ECM II functions* Tracking and managing the hardware and software configuration of the fleet* Providing technical support to the other ECM functions* Actively participating in the international ECM II function community* Supporting the Italy ECM II manager in the continuous improvement of fleet maintenance development* Monitoring fleet performance in terms of reliability and availability# WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU* You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical or management engineering disciplines* You have at least 3 years of experience in technical roles (e.g. design, RAMs, project management), knowledge and experience in the railway business will be a plus* You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and flexibility* You have excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners* You enjoy working in a team and are a true team player* You maintain a detail-oriented mindset and are committed to complying with the quality and safety standards required o
