You will lead the delivery of a large-scale mission-critical development from construction through to commissioning. The successful candidate will act as the client's representative, overseeing contractor performance, project controls, stakeholder management and overall project delivery throughout the programme lifecycle. /ppbr/ppThis opportunity is ideally suited to a construction professional with a strong background in data centres, mission-critical facilities, or complex industrial developments, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and major contractors. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliLead day-to-day delivery of data centre construction activities on site. /liliAct as the primary client representative, ensuring project objectives are achieved. /liliManage contractors, consultants and key project stakeholders throughout all phases of delivery. /liliOversee programme, cost, quality and health safety performance. /liliMonitor construction progress and proactively identify and mitigate project risks. /liliCoordinate project reporting, governance activities and executive-level stakeholder communications. /liliEnsure compliance with client standards, industry best practice and local regulatory requirements. /liliSupport commissioning,



testing and handover activities to ensure successful project completion. /liliDrive collaboration across design, construction and operational teams. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications: /b /pulliProven experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager delivering large-scale construction projects. /liliDemonstrable track record delivering data centre, mission-critical, hyperscale, life sciences, industrial or advanced technology facilities. /liliSignificant experience managing contractor-led delivery on large and complex construction projects. /liliStrong understanding of project controls, programme management and construction contracts. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliThorough knowledge of health, safety and quality management practices. /liliPrevious experience delivering data centre projects for hyperscale, colocation or enterprise clients. /liliExperience working within Italy or the wider European construction market. /liliUnderstanding of Italian construction regulations, permitting requirements and supply chains. /liliExperience managing projects through commissioning and operational readiness phases. /liliItalian language skills advantageous. /li /ulpbr/ppbCumming Group /b is committed to creating a diverse workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
