The role will report to the Corporate HR Manager and will support projects related to organizational design and compensation policies, ensuring alignment with strategic guidelines and compliance with regulations. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /ppbr/pulliSupport the design and update of organizational models, organizational charts and job descriptions. /liliAssist in process analysis and improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. /liliContribute to workload assessments and team sizing. /liliSupport the definition and implementation of compensation policies and MBO systems. /liliConduct salary surveys and market benchmarking. /liliCollaborate on cross-functional projects and ensure accurate documentation and communication. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements and Skills: /b /ppbr/pulliDegree in Economics or Management. /liliStrong analytical and communication skills.
