English Teacher – Native Speaker, Bilingual or C1+

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an English Teacher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver individual and group English language courses for young people and adults.
- Deliver individual and group English language courses at client companies.
- Deliver group English language courses in schools.
- Plan and prepare lessons according to students’ learning objectives and needs.
- Monitor students’ progress and adapt teaching methodologies to different learning needs.




- Collaborate with the Academic Coordination Team and teaching staff to ensure high-quality teaching standards.
- Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive and motivating learning environment.

Requirements

- Native English speaker or certified English proficiency at a minimum C1 level according to the CEFR.
- Applications from candidates who are fully bilingual in Italian and English will also be positively considered.
- English language teaching qualification (CELTA, DELTA, TEFL or equivalent).
- Previous experience, even if limited, teaching English to children, young people and adults.
- Availability to teach at different locations.
- Full driving licence and access to a car.
- Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Employment Terms and Benefits

- Permanent, full-time contract (annual workload: 1,196 hours).
