This is your chance to work in a truly international environment, fully integrated with our UK HQ, while enjoying benefits that set a new standard for the Italian market. /ppbr/ppbTHE ROLE /b /ppbr/ppYou will be the electrical lead of our projects in Italy as well as key member on other international projects, working closely with all the other disciplines (Architecture, Structures, Civils and Sustainability) and clients to deliver innovative designs. /pulliLead electrical technical design for all project stages (From Concept to Construction) including carrying out calculations, concept development, Project coordination, HS and Risk management and project delivery. /liliSupervise and coordinate teams of engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring team cohesion toward project goals. /liliIdentify and specify appropriate electrical equipment and components to meet project objectives, considering energy efficiency, reliability, redundancy, and system compatibility. /liliEnsure full compliance with Italian regulations. /liliProduce and sign off official submissions to local authorities. /liliManage project coordination, QA/QC procedures, and risk management. /liliMentor junior engineers and liaise with senior management on project escalations. /li /ulpbr/ppbWHAT WE NEED /b /ppbr/pullibDegree in Electrical, /b Industrial,
