Professional experience in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, product development, automotive, aerospace, medical technology, metal fabrication, materials science, or a related field Deep knowledge of 3D CAD, PDM and/or PLM solutions Deep understanding of manufacturing workflows and business processes Experience with PDM/PLM solutions Good understanding of on-premises and cloud-based PDM/PLM solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for executive meetings, workshops, conferences, trade fairs, webinars, and customer-facing demonstrations Technical curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset Business fluency in Italian and English, spoken and written Ability to travel within Italy, with occasional travel to other global locations
