Since 2018, Agap2 Italia has been operating nationwide in the following sectors: bEnergy, Oil Gas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation and Construction. /b /ppbr/ppABOUT THE ROLE – Commissioning Engineer /ppWe are looking for a bCommissioning Engineer /b to join an important bOil Gas /b project. /ppReporting to the bHook-Up Commissioning Superintendent /b, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and overseeing the commissioning and start-up of bmechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping and process systems /b, ensuring that all systems are tested, verified and safely handed over to Operations in accordance with project requirements, client standards and HSE policies. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /ppbr/ppPlanning Preparation /pulliDevelop commissioning procedures, test packs and system completion dossiers. /liliDefine commissioning scope, resources, tools, consumables and execution sequences. /liliReview and align engineering deliverables, including bPIDs, SLDs, Cause Effect charts and loop diagrams /b. /liliCoordinate with Engineering, Construction, Vendors and Operations to ensure a smooth transition into commissioning. /li /ulpbr/ppCommissioning Execution /pulliPerform and supervise Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities on: /lilibMechanical: /b pumps, compressors, vessels and rotating/static equipment. /lilibElectrical: /b switchgear, transformers, MCCs, UPS and generators. /lilibInstrumentation: /b control loops, transmitters and DCS/PLC logic verification. /lilibPiping: /b flushing, leak testing and system pressurization. /lilibProcess: /b functional and performance testing, utilities and process start-up. /liliMonitor system energization, punch list clearance and system walkdowns.
/liliEnsure safe execution in accordance with bPTW, LOTO and SIMOPS /b procedures. /li /ulpbr/ppSystem Handover /pulliParticipate in bMechanical Completion /b, Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews (PSSR) and client sign-offs. /liliVerify final documentation, red-marked drawings, calibration reports and test certificates. /liliSupport performance testing, reliability runs and facility stabilization. /li /ulpbr/ppHSE Compliance /pulliEnsure compliance with commissioning safety standards. /liliParticipate in bHAZID, HAZOP and risk assessment /b activities. /liliConduct toolbox talks and ensure adherence to PTW and isolation procedures. /liliReport incidents and support root cause analysis when required. /li /ulpbr/ppCoordination Interface /pulliLiaise with Construction, QA/QC, Vendors, Subcontractors and Operations to ensure schedule alignment. /liliManage bCategory A, B and C punch lists /b, system readiness and progress reporting. /liliInterface with software and instrumentation vendors during control system testing and tuning. /li /ulpbr/ppRequirements /pullibBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering /b or equivalent qualification. /liliAt least b8 years of professional experience /b in the relevant discipline after obtaining the university degree. /liliPrevious experience in bCommissioning and Start-Up activities within Oil Gas or industrial facilities /b. /liliStrong knowledge of commissioning methodologies and applicable standards, including bAPI, IEC, ASME and ISO /b.
/liliExcellent ability to read and interpret bPIDs, loop diagrams, Cause Effect matrices and logic diagrams /b. /liliExperience coordinating multidisciplinary commissioning teams and resolving field issues under pressure. /liliExperience with commissioning management systems such as bICAPS, WinPCS, CMS /b or equivalent. /liliExcellent analytical, communication and reporting skills. /lilibExcellent written and spoken English /b, with proven ability to prepare technical reports. /li /ulpbr/ppThe salary for this role ranges from b€40.000 to €50.000 /b /ppThe position is governed by the bNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector /b applied by our company. /ppThe final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria. /ppIn exceptional cases, where a candidate's profile significantly exceeds the requirements associated with the stated salary range, a review of the compensation may be considered, subject to internal approval. /ppbr/ppThe world needs you /ppAGAP2 is an equal opportunities employer: we believe that all forms of diversity are a source of mutual enrichment.
