pbRole Overview /b /ppWe are looking for a bSenior Technical Asset Manager /b to join our Asset Management team in Milan and take responsibility for the technical, operational and financial performance of a utility-scale PV portfolio in Italy. /ppThe role combines strong technical expertise in solar PV with broader Asset Management responsibilities, including OM management, performance optimisation, budgeting, contractual and regulatory compliance, reporting and stakeholder management. /ppThe successful candidate will be a proactive and analytical professional, able to take ownership of issues, drive solutions and manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliManage and monitor the btechnical and operational performance /b of the PV portfolio, including availability, PR, yield, downtime and losses. /liliIdentify underperformance and technical issues, perform root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions. /liliManage relationships with bOM contractors and technical service providers /b, ensuring compliance with contractual KPIs, SLAs and performance guarantees. /liliCoordinate technical activities with Project Managers, Technical Advisors, site teams and other internal departments. /liliPrepare and review btechnical and asset management reports /b, dashboards and performance analyses for management, clients and investors. /liliPrepare and monitor bannual budgets, forecasts, OPEX and revenue performance /b, including variance analysis and cost control. /liliMonitor compliance with bOM, EPC, PPA and other contractual obligations /b, as well as relevant regulatory requirements. /liliManage interactions with bGSE, Terna, DNOs, ARERA, Agenzia delle Dogane, insurers and other external stakeholders /b. /liliSupport technical claims, OM handovers, site inspections and resolution of significant operational issues.
/liliIdentify and implement initiatives to bimprove energy production, asset availability, profitability and operational efficiency /b. /liliContribute to repowering, benchmarking, digitalisation and other portfolio optimisation initiatives. /liliLead high-level meetings, support junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement. /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills Competencies /b /pulliStrong technical knowledge of butility-scale Solar PV plants /b and operational KPIs. /liliProven experience in bPV Asset Management, Technical Advisory, OM, EPC or similar /b. /liliExcellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills. /liliStrong understanding of bcommercial, financial and contractual aspects /b of renewable energy assets. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliStrong Excel skills; Power BI and other data visualisation tools are a plus. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently and take ownership of complex issues. /liliProactive, detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset. /liliGood IT literacy and interest in digitalisation, AI and new technologies. /liliFluent Italian and professional working proficiency in English. /li /ulpbr/ppbExperience Qualifications /b /pulliDegree in bElectrical Engineering, Energy, Economics or related field /b. /liliSolid experience in the brenewable energy sector /b, preferably Solar PV. /liliExperience managing PV portfolios and/or OM contractors. /liliExperience with bbudgeting, forecasting and performance reporting /b. /liliPractical knowledge of Italian renewable energy processes and regulations, including bGSE, Terna (Gaudì), ARERA and Agenzia delle Dogane /b. /liliExperience with SCADA / PV monitoring systems. /liliMicrosoft Office, particularly bExcel and PowerPoint /b; Power BI and PVsyst are appreciated. /liliExperience with bBESS / hybrid projects /b is a plus. /liliAvailability for regular site visits. /liliInternational experience is a plus. /li /ul
