You will support the commercial delivery of complex, high-value data centre projects throughout Italy and Europe. You will contribute to the commercial performance of major mission-critical developments from feasibility and procurement through construction, commissioning and close-out. /ppbr/ppWorking closely with clients, project teams and senior stakeholders, you will play an important role in driving cost certainty, mitigating risk, and ensuring successful project outcomes. budgeting and financial control throughout the project lifecycle. /liliAdvise clients on procurement strategy, contract selection and risk allocation. /liliManage tender processes, tender analysis and contract award recommendations. /liliSupport negotiations and administration of contracts, including NEC and JCT forms where applicable. /liliManage variations, change control processes, claims and commercial matters. /liliReview project financial performance, forecasts, cash flow and commercial reporting across multiple commissions. /liliDrive value engineering initiatives and cost optimisation strategies while maintaining project quality and performance standards. /liliSupport commercial governance and assurance across project portfolios. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders. /liliSupport business development activities, client pursuits and proposal preparation. /liliSupport and mentor junior team members where appropriate. /liliSupport regional leadership with commercial reporting, resource planning and operational performance management. /li /ulpbr/pullibQualifications: /b /lilibEducation: /b Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management,



Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. /lilibExperience: /b 3-5+ years of experience in cost consultancy, commercial management, or quantity surveying, with exposure to large-scale construction projects. /lilibProfessional Accreditation: /b MRICS, AssocRICS, or working towards chartered status preferred. /liliExperience supporting complex commercial programmes and multi-disciplinary project teams. /liliGood understanding of NEC, JCT and other standard forms of construction contract. /liliExperience delivering data centre, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure or similarly complex projects. /liliStrong knowledge of commercial risk management, procurement strategies and construction project delivery. /liliExperience managing multiple projects and client stakeholders simultaneously. /liliStrong commercial acumen with the ability to provide advice and support to clients and project teams. /li /ulpbr/ppbCumming Group /b is committed to creating a diverse workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
