This role goes far beyond that of a receptionist: you will be the **face and voice of KinAura**, the first point of contact who anticipates and interprets client needs, ensuring a seamless, elevated experience from the very first moment. **Key requirements**
- **Previous experience** in high-end hospitality, or luxury wellness destinations.
- **Fluent in Italian and English**; knowledge of a third language is a strong plus.
- **Elegant presence**, professional tone, and empathetic attitude.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
- **Client-centered mindset**, attention to detail, and utmost discretion. **Responsibilities**




- Greet and accompany patients upon arrival, creating a calm and confidential environment.
- Manage appointments and calendars in coordination with the medical team.
- Guide the client through each step of their personalized journey, before, during, and after treatments.
- Maintain the ambiance and order of the lounge and front area.
