Now we are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to manage all processes related to order management, order delivery/fulfillment, quality control, etc. **Responsibilities**
- Formulate order requirements (packaging, personalized customization, labeling) for factories and place the PO timely




- Clarify financial-related detailsprice, invoice, payment path) of the order with the vendor, place PO, and arrange the payment timely
- Control manufacturing deadlines and correct implementation of all order requirements by the factory
- Follow up on quality issues after delivery and resolve quality issues timely **Requirements**: - 5 years+ of working experience in the field of procurement
- Good knowledge of the procurement process (order management, order delivery/fulfillment, quality control, etc.)
- Profound experience in managing Chinese suppliers/factories
