Bybit is seeking a Business Development Specialist for Italy to own partner acquisition, including affiliates, KOLs, creators and communities. This is a commission-only role with no base salary and requires strong Italian market insight and cross-functional coordination.
You will source, negotiate and manage campaigns, tracking performance and driving measurable card acquisitions within Italy. This role is fully remote with Italy-wide scope.
