ABOUT ZEGNA
More specifically you will:
* Collaborate with internal departments (Regional Trainers, Retail Functions, Marketing, VM, HR) and external (graphic artists, suppliers...) to create tools and procedures for consistent training deployment across markets
* Manage the rollout of the global e-learning training programs by supporting local teams
* Monitor the effectiveness of the trainings through assigned KPI's and metrics
* Develop and create Global and local Retail Training frameworks (modules, guidelines, activities, workshops, eBooks, teaching guides...) for the seasonal collection, selling ceremony, capsules, and induction tools
* Identify learning needs through various analyses including; sales staff performance, job roles, surveys,



market research and interviews with Retail Managers
- developed personalized reports
* Deliver and conduct workshops; including 'Train the Trainer' sessions
* Be responsible for managing the department's budget, allocating financial resources, and making investment decisions based on training needs and priorities
WHAT WE OFFER
* The position provides for a base salary between € 40-45K
* The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile).

The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience.
* Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
