Job Description
Constance Ephelia, a luxurious resort in Seychelles, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Hygiene Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive hygiene and sanitation programmes across all areas of the resort Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international health and safety standards Train and supervise the hygiene team,
providing guidance on best practices and procedures Collaborate with department heads to address hygiene-related issues and implement improvements Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and stock control Stay up-to-date with the latest hygiene technologies and methodologies, implementing innovations where appropriate Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on hygiene performance, incidents, and audit findings Liaise with local health authorities and external auditors as required Respond promptly to guest feedback and concerns related to cleanliness and hygiene Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental health and safety regulations in Seychelles Monitor and evaluate hygiene performance metrics and key performance indicators, reporting findings to senior management Investigate hygiene-related incidents and complaints, implementing corrective and preventative actions Coordinate with exte
