ROW Facility Senior Specialist
Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoro Job Description In our Global Facility Management Team, the ROW Facility Senior Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of our international sites.
At Datalogic, this role operates in a dynamic and challenging environment, contributes to strategic projects and optimizations worldwide offering the opportunity to develop procedures, best practices and processes in the area.
Reporting to the Global Facility Manager, the role will handle the technical and contractual aspects of our facilities in EMEA and Rest Of World – from buildings and systems to soft services – ensuring compliance, optimizing performance, and driving sustainable solutions across our international network.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate facility management for global sites (maintenance, utilities, general services) in EMEA and ROW.
Manage local supplier contracts: drafting, SLA/KPI monitoring, renewals, adjustments.
Optimize operational performance and cost control of facilities.
Collaborate with Plant Managers, HSE, and ITC teams to ensure workplace functionality.
Ensure compliance with building, energy, environmental, and safety regulations.
Support openings, renovations, or closures of international facilities.
Prepare periodic reports on activities, investments, and system status.
Drive innovative, sustainable energy-efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering,



Architecture, Facility/Real Estate Management, or related fields.
Languages: Italian; English fluent.
Experience: At least 5 years' experience in similar roles, international environments ideally in industrial sector.
Specific Skills: Knowledge of facility management and real estate operations.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with FM tools (Siemens Desigo, Archibus), AutoCAD.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Results-oriented: Focused on achieving short- and long-term goals.
Customer-focused: Attentive to internal and external stakeholders' needs.
Interpersonal: Open, communicative, collaborative; trusted team player.
Sense of urgency: Quick to act and identify opportunities or challenges.
