ph3Role Summary /h3pAs Head of Controlling Italy, you will lead our national controlling function and act as a strategic partner to the business.
Reporting to the Country CFO, you will take on a strategic leadership role with strong business impact, collaborating with international and EMEA stakeholders while driving and shaping business performance, transformation, and supporting strategic growth in a dynamic industrial environment.
The role can be based on our site in Zola Predosa (BO) or Casella (GE), but will be required to travel to the other Italian sites on a regular basis according to specific needs.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead budgeting, forecasting, and long?term planning processes /liliDeliver accurate and insightful financial reporting to local and EMEA leadership /liliDrive performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities /liliOversee controlling activities across four manufacturing sites /liliStrengthen cost control, productivity, and profitability /liliAct as a strategic business partner to Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales /liliLead, develop, and inspire a high?performing controlling team /liliEnsure compliance with group policies and reporting standards /liliSupport strategic initiatives, investments, and transformation projects /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field /lili8–10+ years of experience in Controlling / FPA,
