/li liBe fully responsible for project planning and management, and supervise project members to carry out various tasks, and ensure the performance of the contract.
/li liFocus on controlling project progress (most importantly meet the level 1 plan), quality, safety, cost, risk and personnel deployment and recruitment for execution.
/li liSupport BD team to assess the feasibility of the projects opportunities, pipelines (site visits may be required).
/li liMonitor the status of Backlog (ready-to-build in 3-6 months) projects and be responsible to organize the team to finish the kick-off process as per company's rule, and initiate procurement requests to procurement team in OA.
/li liBe responsible for cash-flow management for the projects (preferably positive cash flow) and apply payment requests in OA.
/li liSupport MA team of sales of the projects and EPC contract negotiations.




/li liFollow the company's QEHS rule, cost management rule, schedule management rule and equipment and material management rule etc. and as well as comply local codes and standards.
/li liCooperate with BD team to get the COD requirement documents.
/li liBe responsible for projects' acceptance (both internal and external) and warranty management.
/li liMake proper report to HQ and Country's management.
(such as daily and weekly report) /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFluent in English.
/li liMore than 5 years of being a PM and 3 year in PV field, BESS is a plus.
/li liKnow Italy EPC market well and familiar with international standards and best practices.
/li liAble to handle a few projects at the same time.
