Within the Aircraft Technologies and Systems unit, we are looking for a Hydraulic and Fuel Systems Analyst and Designer for our offices in Turin and Pomigliano d'Arco.
The resource will carry out all activities falling within the Hydraulic and Fuel Systems Unit's remit concerning the definition, design, analysis, testing,
and Qualification/Certification of hydraulic and fuel systems.
Specifically, for hydraulic and fuel systems, the resource will:
- Manage certification and/or customer requirements for system design;
- Acquire basic knowledge of relevant regulations, both military and civil, for the definition, design, and development of systems;
- Define system architectures and integration with aircraft systems;
- Define requirements for functional tests for system qualification and analyze the results obtained;
- Prepare models for simulation of system operation and integration;
- Contribute to system development by supporting selected suppliers through analysis and verification of proposed solutions;
- Prepare technical documents, including certification documents;
- Support the resolution of in-service issues;
- Participate in assessments and surveys for the development of innovative technologies for future programs.
Education: Master's Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
Technical Skills:
- Theoretical knowledge of hydraulic/fuel systems and their design;
- Basic knowledge of aeronautical standards;
- Basic knowledge of on-board systems.
Behavioral Skills:
- Proactive person, with the ability to interact with other company figures and potentially foreign clients;
- Ability to work in multi-national teams;
- Autonomy and proactivity in carrying out assigned activities;
- Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English, C1/C2 level.
Computer Skills:
- Good knowledge of STAR-CCM+, AMESim, and Matlab simulation tools;
- Excellent knowledge of the MS-Office suite.
Other: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
