Within the Chief Funded & Internal Research area, we are looking for a Chief Funded and Internal Research Specialist for our Pomigliano d'Arco (NA) site.

Main Activities:

- The resource will be responsible for carrying out the activities within the Chief Funded and Internal Research Unit to support the technical coordination of research projects and for the technical management and promotion within the engineering unit of internships, thesis projects, doctoral programs, and applied research collaborations.




- Interactions with engineering functions for the integration of technical proposals in the context of submitting a research project proposal;
- Interactions with engineering functions for the integration of thesis, doctoral, master's, and other activity proposals to ensure alignment with the technological plan;
- Technical management of the content of publications (theses, doctorates, etc.) to assess their consistency with company directives regarding intellectual property;
- Primary interface between the engineering department functions and other division units and external bodies (Universities, Research Centers, NATO, etc.);
- Management and drafting of internal technical engineering publications that regulate thesis, doctorate, master's, etc. paths;
- Management of tools that collect and track the previous point;

Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Management Engineering.

Required Experience Level: Junior

Technical Skills:

- Experience in research;
- Experience with database management and maintenance;
- Knowledge of aircraft architecture (fixed or rotary wing) and the management/life cycle of a research project is a plus;
- Previous experience in a research project is also a plus.

Behavioral Skills:

- Proactive person, with good organizational skills and the ability to work independently on relevant aspects;
- Aptitude for teamwork, including multinational teams, and the ability to interact with other company figures;
- Aptitude for on-the-job learning of modeling and simulation tools is essential.

Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English

Computer Skills:

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
- Knowledge of Java/Java Script is a plus
- Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow is a plus
- Knowledge of C/C++ programming languages is a plus

Other: Availability for short and medium-term business trips both nationally and internationally
